This coffee highlights the sweet notes of Brazil Ipanema Gourmet and the rich, complex flavour of PNG Sigri peaberry.
Brazil Ipanema is pulped and dried using the honey method – A specific process that provides a creamy and thick body with a distinctive nutty aftertaste.
The PNG peaberry is medium bodied with sweet caramel and some spice. The coffee is characterized by a silken texture, and a chocolaty finish.
As a blend this is a smooth, creamy and full bodied coffee with low acidity.
